Care organisation seeks new Board members

The organisation currently works alongside Connected Care and Supporting Access to Independent Living Services (SAILS) delivering a wide range of health and social care services to residents in the Owton Ward with some of these services soon to be available across the north and central areas of Hartlepool as well.
