By bringing together the Connexions and Youth Services for Hartlepool we have created an integrated service to respond to the needs of young people aged 13 to 19 and up to the age of 25 years for those with a learning difficulty and/or disability.
Our staff are here to support young people 7 days a week by providing access to positive activities and informal learning opportunities along with impartial information, advice and guidance.
