Moving Forward Together consultation
Hartlepool Borough Council's Child and Adult Services department has published a document outlining its vision for the future of adult social care in the town.
Called Moving Forward Together, the draft document looks at what Hartlepool Adult Social Care has achieved over the last few years and outlines their vision and priorities for the next three years, from 2011 to 2014. An action plan in the document will be used as the framework to deliver more detailed implementation plans for each area of service.
