OFCA Volunteer Initiative Project
Owton Fens Community Association (OFCA) runs the Volunteer Initiative Project, or VIP.
The volunteers of VIP offer a gardening service for older people and people with disabilities. You can find out if you are eligible for this service by contacting the Duty Team at Hartlepool Borough Council, or customer services at Housing Hartlepool (if you are a Housing Hartlepool tenant).
