Local Involvement Network (LINk)

Local Involvement Networks, or LINks, aim to give local people a stronger voice in how their health and social care services are run.

Hartlepool's LINk is run by local people and organisations, supported by Hartlepool Voluntary Development Agency (HVDA). The role of the LINk is to find out what people want from their local services. The LINk also has powers to inspect services and hold them to account.

Everyone is welcome to join the LINk, and members can choose the areas they would like to be involved in, for example learning disability services, social care, children or health.
