Central Library Weight Management Group
If you're looking to shed a few stubborn pounds and improve your health, then Hartlepool Borough Council's free Weight Management Groups could be just the thing for you.
The informal groups meet on a 10-week rolling programme. Everyone is welcome at the sessions, which are completely free to attend.
Where and when
The Central Library Weight Management Group meets from 10.30 am until 11.30 am every Tuesday (starting 20 April) in the Central Library on York Road, Hartlepool.
Pay-and-display car parking is available in the town centre and local bus services stop nearby.
