The Prince's Trust
The Prince's Trust is a national charity which works with young people who struggle at school, are in or leaving care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law.
The Trust develops and runs different programmes and courses to help young people in the north east, including short vocational courses and 12 week team activity courses. The Trust also helps young people to start their own business through its business programme.
The Prince's Trust in Hartlepool
From 25 January 2010, Stockton Riverside College and the Prince's Trust will be running a 12 week Team Programme in Hartlepool. The fun, practical course is designed to help young people (aged 16-25) move on into further education, training or employment.
The 12 week course helps you work towards a nationally recognised qualification. It is free of charge and includes an action-packed residential week. You can claim EMA (if eligible), your travel expenses will be reimbursed to you and your benefits will not be affected.
If you would like to find out more about the course, telephone 01429 235817.
